Rantimi Ogunleye is a Chartered Insurer with over two decades of experience in Insurance and Pensions. His expertise covers both ends of the business – technical and sales, particularly Retail Sales & Distribution. He is a graduate of Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos and holds an MBA degree from the same University. He attended the Senior Management Programme (SMP) at the prestigious Pan Atlantic University (Lagos Business School) among other professional and Executive Management development programs, including Agile leadership, Project Management, Business Strategy and Data Analytics.
Prior to transiting into emPLE Life Assurance Company, he was the Executive Director, Technical for Old Mutual Nigeria Life Assurance. He also worked with a number of insurance companies including Crusader Insurance (now Custodian & Allied Life), AXA Mansard Insurance, Wapic Life Assurance (now Coronation Life) where he had gained valuable experiences.
