Ope has over 20 years of experience in financial services, specializing in digital payment & strategy, product development, and innovation management. He began his career at Trust Bank of Africa (now Sterling Bank) and later joined Access Bank Plc, where he excelled in operations and digital banking. At Africa Fintech Foundry (AFF), he led various teams, creating innovative solutions.
Ope was the Head of Digital Capabilities and Solutions at Access Bank before joining Old Mutual as Head of Digital for West Africa. He now oversees digital transformation for the emPLE Group. He holds a BSc in Pharmacology and an MSc in Business and Management. Ope is also a chartered banker, product owner, and certified project manager.
