Kunle Odetola-Odeleye is a seasoned business leader with nearly 20 years of experience in Strategy, Sustainability, Risk Management, and Business Growth across the insurance and financial services sectors. He currently serves as the Chief Sustainability, Strategy & Risk Management Officer at emPLE.
Kunle began his career at Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank) before joining Strand Capital Partners as a Research Analyst. He later became a foundational member of the Operational Risk Management Team at Guaranty Trust Bank, contributing to the bank’s enterprise-wide risk framework. At Old Mutual Nigeria, he rose from Risk Officer to Chief Risk Officer and Head of Project Management, where he led risk governance and strategic execution.
Beyond corporate roles, Kunle actively mentors startups through platforms like alGROWithm Academy and Fate Foundation, and serves as a Board Advisor to Techinnover Analytics Limited.
