He has extensive work experience cutting across the consulting and insurance industries with practices spanning employee benefits, health insurance, life insurance, general insurance and risk management.
Jolaolu has led actuarial, product development, data analytics, claims, reinsurance, risk survey, micro-insurance, risk management and underwriting teams in Life, General. Reinsurance and Health insurance companies. Until recently, he led product management in East & West Africa for Old Mutual Limited and the actuarial services, technical operations, marketing and customer experience teams for Old Mutual Nigeria.
Jolaolu currently drives the delivery of technical and operational efficiencies and excellence across emPLE Group.
