Olusegun Ayoola has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and investment management.
He began his career as a research analyst at Cardinalstone Partners, where he developed foundational skills in equity research and financial modelling. Subsequently, Olusegun joined Guaranty Trust Bank, initially contributing to a special strategy project in collaboration with KPMG. He then transitioned to the Risk Management Group, serving as a credit risk analyst. Here, he conducted risk assessments and provided strategic insights for credit facilities. At Old Mutual, Olusegun led the financial and strategic planning team, as well as the investment management function.
