Bukola is an HR professional with over 24 years of experience. She has expertise in HR policy, reward management, change management, and performance management. She holds degrees from Kingston University and Cranfield University and is a member of CIPM Nigeria, CIPD UK, and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Bukola was the Group Head, Talent Management at Dangote Industries Limited and has held roles at ntel Telecommunications and Stanbic IBTC Bank. She is currently responsible for Human Capital at emPLE General Insurance and Life Assurance. Bukola is passionate about developing people management frameworks and has facilitated workshops for several non-profits.
